Went for dinner and had an amazing time! Our waiter, Rowan, was really kind and friendly, and made sure to make us feel comfortable. His service (and all the other staff's service) was efficient and impeccable. The food was delicious and good quality, and brought out hot, ready to enjoy! The atmosphere was lively too. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to come back!
I love the location and scenery of Bella Italia, it is soothing. Raf attended to me as I walked in, and was a pleasant host throughout my eating experience. I had Fruit Smash and enjoyed the lovely blend of fruits. For starters, I choose calamari and I am pleased with my choice. The dip was a beautiful cool complement to the fried calamari. My main was spicy sausage pasta and it was a hit with me. The spicy was subtle but noticeable for me to appreciate the spice in the food. I will do a return visit here again.
Raf has been absolutely amazing! Great host, polite, great smiles, great customer service! Like I want to be here again. He made this experience fabulous. He’s absolutely amazing. You have a star staff!
We had a dinner date at Bella yesterday. We were greeted by a lovely female staff, who helped us order. Had the Mozzarella Garlic Bread as starter and loved it. The perfect amount of crisp and cheesy goodness. For mains, we had the Lasagna and Spicy Sausage Rigatoni Pasta. The lasanga was warm and comforting. The pasta was a smash hit with both of us. It was creamy, with just the right amount of spice. Yum yum yum all the way! The interior of Bella is elegant, with good music. Happy evening there. Would go again.
Went yesterday with my family and was served by the lovely Tracey. I had calamari to start and pollo cacciatore as a main, and both were delicious. Aswell as the great food, we also received great service from Tracey, she is so kind and efficient. The staff are always brilliant whenever I go no matter what. I highly recommend!!
We had a fabulous lunch on Saturday the 17th August thanks Raf for such a warm friendly hello and for making sure we had all we needed and were happy. What an absolutely lovely atmosphere here at Bella Italia! The food was amazing, the service was kind and prompt, and a warm feeling of community and good spirits are shared all around. This wouldn't be complete without the attentive and charming service of Raf, whose energy and kindness make this restaurant feel more like a home! 10/10
Fantastic customer service! The staff were welcoming, friendly and had lovely waitressing skills. We had two servers but Tracy was one of them and was a lovely lady. The food tasted amazing and left us feeling very full! Will definitely return again.
